Youth Work is all about respect, empowerment, support, challenge and fun. We informally educate young people to help them develop socially and emotionally, we work hard to empower them so they can create positive change for themselves and their communities. It is vital that young people have access to safe spaces where they can learn who they are, and where they fit in society.
Professionals who work with young people also need support and guidance from time to time and that’s where I can help.

Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Lee, a fully Qualified Youth and Community Worker (JNC). As both a manager and former senior practitioner, I have over twenty years’ experience of working with young people from all walks of life. I have dedicated my entire career to youth work and have acquired significant skills and experience along the way that could be of value to you or your wider organisation.

I offer specialist consultancy services to statutory and charity sector youth organisations as well as specialist schools for young musicians, dancers and performers.
